On Saturday 22 August 2026, AIA-ACT will hold another gala Winter Dinner to help celebrate "Hari Kemerdekaan" Indonesia's Independence Day on 17 August.This has been a feature event of superb value in the Australia Indonesia Community in Canberra for nearly 2 decades and again will provide great food, great entertainment and great company in an easily accessed central location with good free parking.
The dinner will be a Indonesian Halal buffet and later dessert.
The Guest Speaker will be the Indonesian Ambassador HE DR Siswo Pramono.
As well as great entertainment, another feature of our Winter Dinners has been great Raffle Prizes. Arnold & Co Jewellers have very kindly donated Pearls worth $850 and again Indo Cafe is providing a 10 course Rijsttafel for 6 worth $500. Bring cash with you to purchase tickets as the prizes are truly amazing value and all the funds raised go directly to support our charity projects.
