🎓 **Central Coast Home Educators Graduation Celebration – Expressions of Interest** 🎓I'm excited to be exploring something special for our homeschool community!
I'm currently planning an **End of Year Graduation Celebration** for home-educated children across the Central Coast.
My vision is a relaxed and memorable day where we celebrate our children with a formal ceremony, followed by a fun community afternoon together.
My plan so far is to hold the graduation ceremony at Avoca Beach Theatre, followed by an optional afternoon at Avoca Beach where families can enjoy a picnic or takeaway lunch, swimming, games and time together. *(Please note this venue has not yet been confirmed.)*
✨ Current ideas include:
🎓 Graduation gowns and mortarboards
📜 Certificate presentation on stage
🎤 A special guest speaker or presenter
🌊 Optional beach celebration afterwards
This celebration is for every student.
Just as students at school move from one year to the next, our children also complete another year of learning, growth and achievement. Whether they're completing their first year of homeschooling, moving into a new year level, or graduating from Year 12, every child deserves to have their hard work recognised and celebrated.
At this stage I'm exploring venues, costs and funding opportunities, so this is an **Expression of Interest only** and not a booking. I'd love to get an idea of numbers as I continue planning.
