WSI CACG Annual Forum (SOLD OUT)

This unique community event offers the opportunity to connect with organisations involved in and around the airport, explore the WSI Terminal on a guided tour, and discover more about the region. Through interactive stakeholder displays and conversations with airport, industry and government representatives, attendees will have the chance to learn more about Australia's newest airport and its role in the future of Western Sydney.

What to expect?The Annual Forum will bring together community members, stakeholders, industry representatives and government agencies for a day of engagement and conversation. A range of stakeholder information tables will be available throughout the terminal, providing opportunities for attendees to meet representatives, ask questions and learn more about airport-related matters and projects. Guided terminal tours will also be running throughout the day, offering visitors a unique opportunity to experience Western Sydney International Airport firsthand.

What is the CACG?The Community Aviation Consultation Group (CACG) provides a forum for community members, industry, government and airport representatives to share information, discuss airport-related matters and support ongoing community engagement. The CACG brings together a diverse group of stakeholders, including community and industry leaders, airline representatives and government agencies. CACG members work collaboratively with Western Sydney International Airport to ensure community and stakeholder perspectives are considered in the operation, planning and strategic development of the airport.

Tour Times: 9am, 10:15am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, 2:45pm (Stakeholder tables available throughout the day)
Duration: Up to 1 hour 
Location: WSI Terminal, Nancy Drive, Badgerys Creek NSW 2745

Who needs a ticket: All attendees will need to register for a ticket, regardless of age. 

Accessibility:   
Prams and wheelchairs permitted, however be aware that the surfaces will be uneven.
Unfortunately, bikes, scooters, skateboards and pets (excluding licensed assistance animals) cannot be brought to this event.  

Parking:  Plenty of free parking available onsite. We do encourage carpooling with family and friends where possible.
