On a Sunday afternoon in early August, join filmmakers at the historic Cinema Nova in Carlton, for an intimate screening & discussion of the documentary film, This Man's Worth.The film was previously broadcast on SBS and SBS On Demand during Mental Health Week in 2022 and subsequently at the Melbourne Documentary Film Festival in 2023. In the interest of another public screening, you, your friends and family are invited to support the continued importance of discussions around mental health, resilience and the strength of the human spirit.
It is important to note that while this film discusses the subject of suicide, it is inherently hopeful in its outlook and evokes safe discussions about the importance of purpose and connection to community.
