Would you like to participate in the 1000 Hearts Challenge from the comfort of your own home?

Complete the form below to request a free Twin Heart Kit, containing fabric, thread, stuffing and instructions to create two handmade hearts in your own time. Please note that scissors are not included.

PLEASE NOTE: This option is for carers who wish to create their hearts independently and is not a registration for an online workshop.

One heart is for you to keep as a reminder to be kind to yourself and recognise the important role you play as a carer. The second heart is to gift to someone who may benefit from a small gesture of kindness and connection.

No sewing experience is necessary. Simply provide your postal details and we will send your Twin Heart Kit directly to your home.

We would love to hear about your experience and see your creations. With your permission, photos of your hearts and any messages about your experience participating in the project may be featured in future Carer Support Services bulletins, newsletters, reports, social media and promotional materials. Sharing is completely voluntary, but it helps us showcase the kindness, connection and impact being created throughout our community. Contact details will be provided in your kit.
