Thank you for your interest in participating as an exhibitor in the CARE MELTON EXPO 2026In order to confirm your participation please:
1. Complete the application emailed directly to you and email back to Jodie Walker
2. Make payment of your exhibitor fee ($172 including GST) via the Trybooking link manually enter all details
3. Email your agency's Public Liability Insurance Policy to Jodie Walker. This must be done within 7 days of making payment completed by the 11th of September
In the event that your organisation cancels less than seven days prior to the Expo, or is unable to staff the exhibit entirely between 10 am and 2 pm, a fee of $370 (including GST) will be invoiced to the registered organisation.
Applications close strictly at 5 pm on Friday 11th September 2026
