Following the incredible response from our competition families, we're excited to introduce our very first PDA Dance & Cheer Development Day.This isn't just another training day, it's an opportunity for our athletes and families to gain the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to support long-term success in dance and cheer.
At PDA, we believe developing great performers goes far beyond learning routines. It means understanding how to care for growing bodies, fuel performance, set healthy goals, manage expectations and work together as athletes, parents and coaches.
