Unravel: Untying the inner knots
About
A journey from holding on to letting go.We all carry knots.
Some live in the body as tension. Others are woven through our hearts, our thoughts and the stories we tell ourselves. Over time, we become so accustomed to holding on that we forget what it feels like to soften.
In yogic philosophy, **Vishnu Granthi** is known as the heart knot—a place where attachment, identity and emotion can become tightly held. Rather than forcing these knots open, yoga invites us into a gentler path: one of awareness, compassion and gradual unwinding.
Join Rachel Tyne and Nick Atherton for an immersive afternoon of yoga, breath, live music (guitar, crystal bowls, flutes, handpan, gong and more) inspired by this timeless teaching.
Through fluid movement, conscious breathing and an evolving soundscape, we'll create the conditions for the body to soften, the breath to deepen and the heart to gently unravel.
There is nothing to fix. Nothing to force. Simply an invitation to loosen your grip, reconnect with yourself, and discover the quiet freedom that emerges when we begin to let go.
Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this session offers a nurturing space to pause, breathe and experience the transformative power of movement and sound.
