We are excited to invite stall holders to be part of our upcoming Community Carnival! This vibrant event will bring together families, local businesses, clubs, and community groups for a fun-filled day of entertainment, food, and connection.By registering for a stall, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your products, services, or organisation to a wide and engaged local audience.
This booking form is designed to gather important details from each stall holder to ensure a safe, well-organised, and successful event.
Information Required
As part of your registration, you will be asked to provide:
- Business or Organisation Name
- Primary Contact Name and Details (phone and email)
- Type of Stall (e.g. food, retail, information, activity)
- Description of Products/Services you will be offering
- Site Requirements
(e.g. space size, power access, marquee, vehicle access)
Food Vendors Only:
- Food Safety Registration details
- Council permits (if applicable)
- Public Liability Insurance (certificate of currency)
Special Requirements or Requests
Important Notes
All stall holders must comply with relevant safety and council regulations.
Sites are limited, and placement will be allocated by the event organisers.
Confirmation of your booking will be sent once your application has been reviewed.
