Dear beautiful community,
We are so very much looking forward to welcoming you into sacred space for a beautiful gathering of prayer, ceremony, song and connection. ❤️🔥
We invite you to experience the ancient ancestral tradition of the Sweatlodge, a sacred ritual of purification, renewal and connection with Mother Earth.
Sweat bathing and ceremonial purification have been practised in different forms by Indigenous cultures throughout the Americas for generations, including among the Maya, Aztecs and many North American Indigenous nations.
The Sweatlodge offers us an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, honour the elements, offer our prayers and intentions, and come together in the sacred circle of community.
A space to release what no longer serves us, reconnect with our hearts and honour the beautiful web of life that connects us all.
🌿 WEATHER DEPENDING — RAPÉH CEREMONY & SONG CIRCLE
In the event of a Total Fire Ban or weather conditions that do not safely permit us to hold the Sweatlodge, we will instead gather for a beautiful Rapéh Ceremony & Sacred Song Circle.
This will be an opportunity to come together in prayer, connect with our hearts, share sacred songs and honour the spirit of community.
Both gatherings are held with the same intention of creating a meaningful space for connection, reflection, gratitude and prayer.
We will confirm which ceremony will take place closer to the date, depending on weather conditions and fire restrictions.

OPTION 1 — TRADITIONAL SWEATLODGE
🔥 Fire starts around 3:00pm.
You are warmly invited to arrive early, help prepare the sacred space and learn more about this beautiful tradition.
🔥 We enter the Sweatlodge around 5:00pm.
Please arrive no later than 4:45pm.
We will also be building a new Sweatlodge and would love to invite you to be part of this special experience. Your helping hands, love and presence are deeply appreciated. 🙏🏽❤️
OPTION 2 — RAPÉH CEREMONY & SONG CIRCLE
🌿 5:00pm – 7:00pm
If weather conditions or a Total Fire Ban prevent the Sweatlodge from taking place, we will gather for a sacred Rapéh Ceremony, prayer and song circle instead.
🤍 WHO IS WELCOME?
We warmly welcome our community, elders and families.
Children are welcome with appropriate supervision.
Pregnant women and anyone with medical conditions are encouraged to contact us before booking so we can discuss suitability and safety. Sweatlodge heat exposure and Rapéh are not recommended during pregnancy.
🌸 WHAT TO BRING
- 💃 For the Sweatlodge: a long dress, long skirt and blouse, or beach wrap for women, ideally covering shoulders and knees.
- 🤍 Towel and change of clothes.
- 🌿 Offerings to the land, such as flowers or other biodegradable natural offerings.
- 💧 Plenty of fresh drinking water or coconut water.
- 🍉 A delicious plate of food to share with the community afterwards.
- ❤️ An open heart, your prayers and your intentions.
Please note that participation in Rapéh is always optional, and we encourage everyone to make an informed choice about whether it is suitable for them.

Whether we gather around the sacred fire or come together in a circle of prayer and song, our intention remains the same: to honour the Earth, strengthen our connection with one another and create a space where everyone feels welcomed and respected.
