Summer At Suspended Stone Camp, written by award-winning playwright Madelaine Nunn and directed by local actor and director Carole Patullo, is a heartwarming, funny and magical coming-of-age play for the whole family. It features 16 Dreamhouse youth ensemble, plus alumni and early career creatives producing stunning live sound, lighting, costume and set design.A random group of ‘delinquent’ teenagers are sent to Suspended Stone Camp over the Summer school holidays. They are there to learn discipline, to be broken down and built back up and return to society as ‘normal’ young people. But when they wander out into the Australian bush in search of their camp leader, something amazing occurs that will change them forever.
