Grad study has its own rhythm—different schedules, different priorities, and sometimes a smaller, more spread-out cohort to meet people in.This session is reserved especially for graduate students, giving you a relaxed, low-key way to meet others who get exactly where you're at.
Ida Bar's easygoing setting, paired with a professional facilitator and a handful of conversation prompts, takes the pressure off entirely—there's no need to "perform" or have the perfect icebreaker ready. Just turn up, settle in, and see who you meet.
Graduate students only.
RSVP required for a guaranteed spot. Walk-ins welcome if space allows.
This event will be held at a licensed venue, and will include alcohol service for attendees aged 18+ only. UMSU is committed to the safe and responsible use and service of alcohol at our events.
