Recreational Gymnastics is a fun and engaging gymnastic skills program designed for children 5 - 13 years of age. Recreational Gymnastics is perfect for children and young people who want to learn gymnastic skills equivalent to those developed in Competition, without the requirements or expectations of Competition Gymnastics. Our club’s staged system allows gymnasts a structured progression of skills, ensuring they progress at their own pace, learning fundamental/beginner skills to more advanced and complex skills.Note: Younger children will NOT be able to attend these sessions. Parents/caregivers will be required to sign an attendance register before entry. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the sessions starts.
