Join colleagues from across the region for a collaborative Learning Alliance Meeting focused on extending and challenging high-achieving learners in secondary school settings.Led by teachers from CHES (Centre for Higher Education Studies), join colleagues from across the region for a collaborative session on extending and challenging high-achieving learners in secondary schools. This session will explore practical, evidence-informed strategies that help teachers provide greater challenge through high-quality universal teaching practices. Discover approaches to identify and extend high-achieving learners, move students from surface to deep learning, and examine classroom practices that support extension for all. Participants will also explore a strategy or case study and adapt it for their own classroom.
