You are invited to attend the official opening ofMarsh's Butcheries: A Fourth Generation Butchery!

Time: 2.00pm to 4.30pm
Location: Cairns Museum
Guests are invited to arrive from 2.00pm to view the exhibition ahead of formal proceedings, commencing at 3.00pm.
Light refreshments will be provided, with drinks available for purchase from the cash bar and tea and coffee available for a gold coin donation.
There'll also be the chance to win a Marsh's meat tray during the afternoon - raffle tickets will be available to purchase on the day.
For almost 100 years, Marsh's Butcheries has been part of everyday life in Cairns. This community exhibition traces the remarkable story of one of the city's longest-running family businesses through four generations, featuring historic photographs, original butcher's tools, memorabilia and personal stories that celebrate the enduring connection between family, business and community.
