ALPHINGTON GRAMMAR YEAR 6 GRADUATION PARTY: NEON GLOW

Join us for a special Neon Glow celebration as we mark the end of our children’s primary school years and celebrate the Alphington Grammar Year 6 students.

This will be a fun cocktail-style graduation party for students and families, with food, music, DJ, dancing, celebration cake and a few surprises along the way.

Attire: Smart Casual or Fun Cocktail

Think party dresses, jumpsuits, collared shirts, chinos, fun blazers, dressy sneakers, sparkle, colour, glow accessories or a little neon touch. Bring the sunnies, but please no thongs.

YEAR 6 HUMMER EXPERIENCE

As part of the graduation celebration, Year 6 students will have the option to travel together to the venue by Hummer limousine before the party begins.

For many Year 6 students, the Hummer ride is a time-honoured tradition and a memorable way to arrive together as a graduating class. It is a special part of the evening for those who choose to take part, while the main celebration begins when everyone comes together at the Olympic Hotel.

The Hummer ticket is an optional add-on and must be purchased through TryBooking. Seats are limited, and one Hummer ticket may be purchased per Year 6 student.

Parents and carers are asked to have their child at Alphington Grammar School, 18 Old Heidelberg Road, Alphington, no later than 3:30 PM.

Students booked for the Hummer experience will be collected from the designated school pick-up point by the Hummer limousine company at 3:40 PM.

Students are expected to arrive at the Olympic Hotel at approximately 4:45 PM, ahead of the graduation party beginning at 5:00 PM.

Children who are not participating in the Hummer experience are warmly included in the full graduation celebration. Families can arrive directly at the Olympic Hotel for the 5:00 PM event start, where all students will come together with their classmates and families for the party.

FOOD AND CELEBRATION

The evening will include a cocktail-style food package, kid-friendly food options, desserts, celebration cake and a few extra surprises to help make the night feel special for our Year 6 students.

Dietary options will be available. Please provide any dietary requirements when booking so these can be shared with the venue.

PARKING

Parking is available in the side car park at the Olympic Hotel.

IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTES

Please ensure you select the correct ticket options when booking.

If purchasing a Hummer ticket, please include your child’s full name when prompted so we can manage the passenger list accurately.

Hummer seats are limited and will be allocated through TryBooking only.
