BARCOM 2026 Dietary Requirements

In previous years BARCOM has used Operoo to collect our participant dietary and health information for the expeditions. Unfortunately 2026 finds us between Operoo and ScoutHealth so we need to collect the information directly from you.This form will let you give us any dietary requirements so that we can plug this information into our menu system, let the magic squirrels do their thing, and pop out a menu that is suitable for everyone that is on the expedition.
Medical data - Nope, nada, nix; we are not collecting that sort of data via TryBooking as it is confidential and personal information. But we do need to know if we have to contact you to discuss and medical, welfare or other management issues that will assist our team in facilitating the best outcomes for our participants. Our First Aid and Welfare team will follow up to collect and details and management plans to make this happen.
