Ever wanted to graft your own fruit trees?
Grafting fruit trees is useful for preserving old varieties, starting a backyard orchard or growing multiple varieties of the same species on one tree. Most of the rootstocks available on the day are dwarfing or semi-dwarfing varieties which allow space-saving in the backyard and a wide range of apple scions will be available from local trees.
