Open to all coaches and experience levels. Come along, observe, learn, ask questions and take away ideas you can use with your own teams.
What to expect: Coaches will have the opportunity to observe a live Ruby North training session led by Head Coach Jemma Carey. While the session itself will not be interactive, Jemma will provide context before training, stop at various stages to discuss coaching concepts and answer questions, and finish with an open discussion and Q&A. This provides a unique opportunity to experience an authentic representative training environment while learning directly from an experienced high-performance coach.
