THIS WILL BE A PARTLY DRY, PARTLY WET WORKSHOP - SO PLEASE BRING SWIMMERS.

*** NEW TO THE TEAM (trainee or standard) - you are required to attend.

*** SENIOR OR MASTER TEACHERS - you must attend one Foundations Workshop per year - so if you didn't attend the Learning and Development Workshop in May then you are required to attend this one.
