We would love to invite you to join us for a full-day workshop to help shape the Evaluation Framework and Program Logic - basically the ‘how-to guide’ for the Peer Cadet Program Evaluation.This workshop will help make sure the evaluation is grounded in lived and living experience and real program knowledge. Together, we’ll explore what we want to learn from the evaluation and how we collect the data over the next 6 months so that the evaluation useful, respectful, and practical.
The day will be interactive and collaborative. We’ll co-create a program logic, key evaluation questions, and the kinds of information that could help us understand what the program is making possible. No preparation is needed - just bring your ideas and curiosity.
We hope you can join us for what we expect will be a thoughtful and creative day of shared learning. Your contribution will help us build an evaluation approach that reflects the voices, priorities and realities of the people involved in the Peer Cadet Program.
