About
The club will offer guided workshops in Chinese brush painting (guohua) and calligraphy, led byexperienced volunteers and instructors familiar with traditional techniques. Participants will learn
foundational skills such as brush control, ink techniques, composition, and basic script styles,
while also having the freedom to express personal creativity. All materials, including brushes, ink,
paper, and reference resources, will be provided to ensure accessibility. The workshops will be delivered in Mandarin and Cantonese. This activity is part of the Whitehorse Seniors Festival 2026.
