Nature, creativity and connection for ALL ABILITIES young adults.All Seasons is a relaxed, inclusive program for young adults living with disability, their families, friends and carers.
Participants are invited to connect with nature and community through gardening, craft, recycling, creative activities and music. Each session is designed to be flexible and supportive, allowing people to participate in ways that suit their abilities and interests.
This program focuses on wellbeing, confidence, friendship and meaningful community participation.
This is an ALL ABILITIES program designed especially for young adults living with disability.
When: Tuesdays, 10.00am – 12.00pm (during school terms)
Where: Thomastown Neighbourhood House @ The Hub, TWPS, 112 Main Street, Thomastown Activities: Gardening, nature-based activities, craft, recycling, music, creative projects
