Join Belinda McDonald, guest speaker from our recent Dementia Forum and Speech Pathologist with nearly 40 years' experience supporting people with neurological conditions.
Belinda will discuss normal swallowing, swallowing disorders, what they are, the common signs, assessment and treatment. Given the demographic, there will be a focus on changes to swallowing in ageing and in common neurological illnesses like dementia and Parkinson's disease.
