✨The Five Sacred Guardians Qigong ✨For centuries, ancient Chinese observers looked to nature and the stars to understand their place in the world. From these teachings emerged the Five Sacred Guardians — the Dragon, Tiger, Tortoise, Vermilion Bird, and Yellow Snake — each representing a season and a quality of energy.
This term, we’ll explore a gentle Qigong flow inspired by these celestial beings. Through breath, movement, and mindful awareness, we attune to the qualities they embody: resilience, adaptability, joy, transformation, and quiet strength.
As we move with the Guardians, we deepen our connection to the cycles of nature, allowing their wisdom to support balance, presence, and inner peace in our everyday lives.
Join us for a term that blends ancient symbolism with accessible, grounding practice — suitable for all levels.
What you can expect:
• Gentle, accessible movements to ease stiffness and support mobility
• Breathing practices that steady the mind and settle the nervous system
• A weekly pause to reset, replenish, and restore
🗓 Starts: Saturday, 18th July to 19th September 2026 (no classes 8th August and 5th September)
⏰ Time: 9 AM - 10 AM
💰 Cost: $15 per class | $80 for the full 8-week term
