The CO and PMC of the Royal Australian Corps of Signals Officers' Mess warmly invite the officers and senior non-commissioned officers of Simpson Barracks and the Royal Australian Corps of Signals to attend the 2026 Port and Stilton Night.Join us for an evening of premium port, wine and cheese, featuring tastings from four local wineries and a local distillery. Wine tasting is included in the ticket price, and guests will have the opportunity to purchase products directly from the vendors.
