Mauricio (Moshe) Kruchik – Israel
International Reflexologist | Educator | Author | Lecturer
We are honoured to welcome Mauricio Kruchik, an internationally renowned Israeli reflexologist, educator, author and lecturer who has been advancing the profession since 1998, to share his extensive knowledge, experience and international perspectives with our delegates.
Founder of the Reflexology World Network and creator of the internationally recognised Maternity Reflexology Training Program (MRTP) and TOP pain treatment methodologies, Mauricio has pioneered innovative approaches to clinical and specialised reflexology.
He has taught practitioners in more than 40 countries, authored influential books and organised landmark international reflexology conferences.
Passionate about evidence-informed practice, education and innovation, Mauricio is dedicated to inspiring practitioners, promoting clinical excellence and expanding the understanding and application of specialised reflexology worldwide and we are excited to welcome him in person to share his knowledge.

Kevin & Barbara Kunz – United States Via Zoom
Reflexology Practitioners | Researchers | Educators | Authors
We are delighted to welcome via Zoom Kevin and Barbara to Hands on Heart 2026 to share their extensive knowledge, research and experience. With more than 35 years of experience, Kevin and Barbara Kunz are internationally recognised reflexology practitioners, researchers, educators and authors.
As co-directors of the Reflexology Research Project, they have dedicated their careers to exploring reflexology and its relationship with the nervous system. Their early work with clients affected by spinal cord injury helped shape their theories around reflexology practice and neurological responses.
Kevin and Barbara have authored more than 20 books, published in 22 languages, including Hand and Foot Reflexology: A Self-Help Guide, The Practitioner’s Guide to Reflexology and Reflexology: Health at Your Fingertips.
Their ongoing research includes fMRI-based investigation, exploring the fascinating relationship between reflexology, the brain and nervous system.

We are thrilled to welcome Sue Ricks back by popular demand following outstanding feedback from her previous conference presentations.
Sue brings extensive experience and a genuine passion for reflexology. Joining us via Zoom, she will share practical insights into modern reflexology practice.

Dr Libby Jackson-Barrett
Whadjuk Woman | Senior Indigenous Researcher | Educator | Academic
We are honoured to welcome Dr Libby Jackson-Barrett, a Whadjuk woman with deep maternal connections across Noongar Boodja.
Libby is Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning), Senior Indigenous Researcher at Kurongkurl Katitjin, and Senior Lecturer at Edith Cowan University.
Her work focuses on culturally responsive education and meaningful partnerships grounded in self-determination, reciprocity and respect for Country, supporting the respectful integration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge and perspectives.
Libby also serves as Chair of the Aboriginal Advisory Committee at Boola Bardip, the Western Australian Museum, and is a Board Member of Fremantle Press.
We look forward to welcoming Libby and learning from her knowledge, experience and perspective.

Shontelle Ferguson
Chinese Medicine Practitioner | Registered Acupuncturist | Clinical Reflexologist
Shontelle Ferguson is a Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Registered Acupuncturist, Clinical Reflexologist and Beauty Therapist with more than 25 years of experience in health and wellness.
Having worked across Australia and the UK, Shontelle combines Traditional Chinese Medicine, reflexology and complementary therapies in her holistic approach to wellbeing.
Hands on Heart: A Traditional Chinese Medicine Perspective
Shontelle will explore the TCM understanding of the heart as a centre of physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing, including heart health, meridian pathways, emotional balance, movement, dietary therapy and hands-on approaches.

Cancer Support Advocate | Centre Manager | Community Leader
With more than a decade of experience in cancer support, Cheryl is passionate about compassionate care and supporting people and families navigating cancer diagnosis and treatment.
She has held leadership roles managing two Solaris Cancer Care centres—first in Cottesloe and now at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
Cheryl will share her experience and perspective on the importance of compassionate and complementary support throughout the cancer journey, providing valuable insight for reflexologists and complementary health practitioners.

Jo Flynn is a Reflexologist, Reiki Master and Chakradance™ Facilitator with more than nine years of teaching experience and over six years working in mental health recovery.
