High performance training focused on individual skill development and basketball IQ in a fun, structured environment.Sessions will cover:
• Ball handling
• Finishing
• Shooting
• Decision making and team concepts
Session Structure
• 4:00–5:00pm: Strong emphasis on individual skill development
• 5:00–5:30pm: Combined training block (both the 4:00-5:30pm and 5:00-6:30pm academies) including:
• Strength & conditioning
• Speed and athletic development
• Fast break scenarios and small-sided games (3v3–5v5)
