About
This form is designed to enable easy flow for both new members and renewing members to our association.New Members : This is the first process in the steps to gaining membership with the details provided in this form enabling us to generate a Request for Membership Form. An email will be sent to yourself with this form which is required on completion of your designated visits to your member club to be signed and lodged by that club's responsible person.
Renewing Members : The process for any existing WASRA member to renew is to complete this online form as part of your annual renewal and accept the terms and conditions as described in this form.
No form (existing members only) will require signing as part of the process as the online lodging is subject to the Electronic Transactions Act 2011 (WA). All renewals will also be subject to final approval of the current committee and the next meeting after lodgment.
Privacy Statement: Personal information collected by West Australian Smallbore Rifle Association is for the purpose of membership requirements and/or competition purposes. It will not be released for any commercial purpose and will be maintained in a secure location as per the requirements of the current Privacy Act.
