What you can expect:

Come and enjoy a soul enriching evening with
Emma -Meditation Teacher/Holistic Practitioner and Jennifer-Soul Whisperer Coach/Meditation-Hypno/NLP/TFT Practitioner in a 90 minute Soul Soak in your pyjamas or attire that is to your liking. Be prepared Emma and Jennifer will be in their comfy pyjamas, so you can float home after the Soul Soak and slip into your bed.

Arrive in an atmosphere of calm and relaxation.
You will be greeted in the room by soft lighting, warmth and floating music.

After a short welcome from Emma and Jennifer, we will begin.

Emma will start with guiding you into some gentle breath work and relaxation, to get you ready to receive positive, influential and powerful affirmations. Not only will you be immersed in the frequency of these affirmations, but you will also be immersed in the sound frequencies of the music and tuning forks performed by Jennifer.

During the Soul Soak Immersion, you will experience some time to yourself to journey and absorb frequencies in the environment provided.

Through intuition, Jennifer will be flowing the sound frequencies of specific tuning forks to your bodies (mental, emotional, spiritual (soulful) and physical) as well as a metallic singing bowl, that supports the unique words of affirmations given by Emma.

The relaxation and affirmation is 60 minutes leaving the last 30 minutes to integrate and sip on a warm chamomile tea.

The purpose of this event is to provide space and time for you to unwind and just let go. There is no work for you to do but just to be and let go.

We welcome all. Children over the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult.

A wonderful new venue that provides free parking, air conditioning, toilets and a kitchen.

Tickets are limited to 30 spaces.
You will need to bring your own yoga mat, blanket and cushion or pillow for your own comfort.
