The blessings you will receive...

We are so excited that you are joining us for a soul enriching evening with Emma -'The Happiness Practitioner', (Meditation Teacher/Holistic Practitioner), and Jennifer- 'The Soul Whisperer Coach' (Meditation Teacher/NLP-TLT/TFTPractitioner) in a relaxing, repleneshing 90 minute 'Soul Soak'.

We even encourage you to wear your PJ's so you are super relaxed, and comfortable, and can also head straight home and continue your relaxation into a deep, healing sleep. Emma and Jennifer will also be in their comfy PJ's .....this space is where we let go of judgments and expectations...and we just get to BE. 

* You will be greeted  by soft lighting, warmth and floating frequency music.  Allow your senses to be enlivened with intermittent sprays of soft frankincese, gentle music and soft lighting. Please be aware this is a sensory experience.

*After a short welcome from Emma and Jennifer, the evening will begin.

*We will start by  guiding you into a full body relaxation, you will then be ready to receive positive, influential and powerful affirmations from Emma. You will be immersed in the frequency of these affirmations, whilst also being immersed in sound frequencies of the music, tuning forks, and a beautiful singing bowl, all performed by Jennifer. 

The ' Soul Soak' Immersion,  will allow you to experience a  much deserved soul healing, some time  out from the busy-ness of your life. New positive thoughts will  be implanted into your subconscious, and the frequency sounds will shift any old stuck energy from your body. You will leave feeling a positive shift within yourself.

*Through intuition, Jennifer will be flowing the sound frequencies of specific tuning forks to your bodies (mental, emotional, spiritual (soulful) and physical) as well as a Tibetan style metallic singing bowl, that supports the unique words of affirmations given by Emma.

*The relaxation and affirmation is 70 minutes leaving the last 20 minutes to integrate and sip on a warm chamomile tea whilst being in a space with like minded people.

*At end of relaxation a gentle awakening of a shaker finishing with a flowing stretch of body movement.

*The purpose of this event is to provide space and time for you to unwind and just let go. 

*We welcome all. Children over the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult.

*The event space is a wonderful new venue that provides free parking, air conditioning, toilets and a kitchen.

*Tickets are limited to 35 spaces.

*Please bring your own yoga mat, light blanket -optional(airconditioner will be set to comfortable)and cushion or pillow for your own comfort. If you like extreme darkness then an eye mask is optional, however we may have some to offer on the evening.

*********Please be aware that there is a no refund policy. If the event is cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, we can reschedule.
