The Commodore and the Wine Committee warmly invite members and their guests to a paired dinner at the Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club, celebrating the wines of Henschke, one of Australia's most storied family wineries, in the company of Andreas Henschke and Tim Davidson.Across four courses, enjoy the NV Johanne Ida Selma Blanc de Noir with Sydney rock oysters, a bracket of the 2025 Peggy's Hill and Julius Rieslings alongside Abrolhos scallop, the 2023 Johann's Garden Grenache Mataro and Henry's Seven Shiraz Blend with aged beef fillet, and to finish, a glass of the 2022 Mount Edelstone Shiraz, celebrating seventy years of this famed Eden Valley vineyard.
