About
Organised by the Georges River Model Railway Club, the Goulburn Model Expo is back at the Veolia Arena—and it’s bigger and better than ever! For 2026, the expo has expanded into a third hall to bring you an even grander experience.The Expo aims to promote the rewarding hobbies of model railways and plastic kit modelling, fostering constructive and creative leisure activities for young people. This year's event will feature over 50 spectacular model railway layouts, alongside a wide variety of other displays, including LEGO builds and radio-controlled trucks and diggers.
In addition, an expanded selection of vendors will be on-site, offering a comprehensive range of products—from beginner starter sets, tools, and paints, to highly detailed models and accessories for experienced hobbyists. All exhibitors will be available to answer your questions, and the Expo will host a series of live clinics where you can learn new modelling skills and techniques.
Venue Facilities: The venue features both on- and off-street parking, complete disabled access, and entry ramps.
