Make Finance & Data Your SuperpowerAs a clinical leader, have you found yourself feeling frustrated at “not understanding the money side” during budget discussions, data analysis discussions, service planning or workforce management situations?
Not understanding “how the money flows” is a significant disadvantage in managing health departments and health services. Not understanding where the 'data exists', how to get it, how to interpret and undertake the necessary analysis is a significant issue for healthcare leaders.
Traditional healthcare leadership training is insufficient in this space and can leave you ill prepared to undertake your role. Having a strong understanding of healthcare finance and data that is not just theoretical, but equips clinical leaders to confidently participate in and meaningfully contribute to budget preparations and operational performance analysis.
At the successful completion of the course, participants are awarded micro-credentials including digital badge and a CPD eligible AIHE Certificate in Finance and Data for Healthcare Leaders Course.
