The Cape Community Farm’s Masterclasses offer professionals, government teams, not-for-profits and community leaders a hands-on opportunity to explore the future of sustainable agriculture, design, housing and living. Set within the award-winning Cape estate at Cape Paterson — Australia’s first net zero carbon residential development — each program is grounded in real-world, measurable outcomes.Sessions are delivered by sustainability experts, designers and community practitioners, and hosted in The Coast — our flagship 8-star display home by Adam Dettrick Architects — a working demonstration of what sustainable design looks like in practice. Programs can be tailored to the needs and objectives of your organisation.
