A fun, energetic workout combining movement, music and rhythm. Boost fitness, cooridination and wellbeing while drumming along to upbeat music is a supportive group environment.

All abilities

Thursdays, 1:30pm - 2:15pm

$10 per session (discounts to those experiencing financial stress, please speak directly to the centre manager)

Participation Conditions Apply

Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. All equipment provided.
