What happens after school finishes – and how can young people with disability continue to find connection, friendship, community and opportunities to belong?
Belonging Beyond School is a free information evening for Year 10–12 students with disability and their parents, carers and families, exploring the opportunities, communities and supports available beyond the school years.

Learn more about programs, social and community opportunities, faith communities and support available to help young people continue to grow, participate, build friendships and belong beyond school.
💡 WHAT TO EXPECT
The evening is an opportunity for parents, carers and young people to:
✨ Discover programs and opportunities available beyond school
🤝 Meet organisations providing community, social and ongoing support
💬 Ask questions and speak directly with representatives
🌱 Explore opportunities for friendship, faith, participation and connection
🔗 Make connections that can support the transition beyond the school years
Whether your young person is preparing to leave school soon or you are beginning to think about what comes next, we invite you to come along, meet others and discover some of the possibilities available.
