BioMelbourne Network is convening a BioForum on the clinical research workforce: the skills gaps limiting Victoria's capacity to attract trials, retain experienced operators and convert world-class infrastructure into commercial and patient benefit.The event will move beyond general skills discussion to identify practical actions across skilled migration settings, training models, trial site capability, industry placements, mentoring and international talent attraction. Outcomes will inform a consultation summary shared with government and content for the Victorian Clinical Trials Gateway.
