This December, Adelaide Town Hall does something it has never done. For one night, the Auditorium - the chandeliers, the arches, the great organ - is transformed into the most extraordinary Christmas table this city has seen. Not a function. An occasion. The kind people describe by saying you had to be there.

It begins with champagne & canapes under the arches. Then dinner - three courses in a room built for grandeur, gold light on 160-year-old stone. A live band and a saxophonist carry the evening; a DJ takes it from there. Black tie, red and gold, the whole hall glowing. From first pour at half-six to the last dance at eleven.
