Join us for an informative and engaging parent evening with Dr Mary Kaspar, Clinical Psychologist and Founder of The Friendship Project, as she shares practical strategies to help parents support their daughters in navigating friendships and social relationships.Date: Tuesday 8 September
Time: 5:30pm – 7:00pm
Venue: St Ursula’s College Chapel
During the session, parents will gain insights into:
* Understanding the social world of adolescent girls.
* Recognising common friendship challenges and relationship dynamics.
* Supporting daughters through conflict, exclusion and changing friendships.
* Building confidence, resilience and healthy relationship skills.
* Creating open and supportive conversations at home.
Dr Kaspar will also be working with our students during her visit, providing Year 7 and Year 8 students with practical strategies for developing healthy friendships, communication and a sense of belonging.
This event is open to all parents and carers, not just those with students in Years 7 and 8. We encourage you to attend this valuable opportunity to learn more about supporting your daughter’s social and emotional wellbeing.
