Topics will include:
• nutrition fundamentals
• nutrient requirements
• identifying limiting nutrients
• protein, energy and phosphorous supplementation
• breeder herd management to minimise supplement costs
• evaluating supplement options.
Producers can have the nutritional value & cost effectiveness of their supplements evaluated.
