A short course exploring hadiths on psychological wellbeing, drawn from the Forty on Psychology Hadith compilation.The Prophet ﷺ left behind a legacy of wisdom that speaks directly to the mind and heart.
Hosted by Six Degrees in collaboration with Al-Noor Quranic Institute, each session is led by Muhammad Abdul-Majid and will move beyond a surface-level read of the hadith into real discussion — drawing on the seerah, the Qur'an, and relevant contemporary psychological understanding, with space for genuine questions and conversation.
P.S. This course is not therapy — but InshaAllah, it'll leave you with something to sit with.
