This year's session covers how Council is changing the way it works with industry:
- Council's new Project Management Framework, delivering consistent, transparent project delivery with clear scope definition carried through to the pricing schedule, giving contractors greater certainty when they bid.
- A shift toward more collaborative procurement models, including early contractor involvement and design and construct.
- Improvements to the tender and evaluation process, supported by a staged approval system that ensures projects are properly defined before they go to market.
- Council's 2026-27 program of works and the emerging pipeline for 2027-28
There will be time for questions, and breakfast is included.
