About
🧘 Wellbeing Yoga Series – Semester 2Take a break from the demands of study and join us for a six session wellbeing series designed to help students reduce stress, improve focus and reconnect with themselves throughout the semester.
Each 60-minute session combines gentle, accessible yoga, mindful movement, breathwork and relaxation practices, finishing with a restorative therapeutic sound relaxation. No prior experience is required and all abilities are welcome.
Sessions are facilitated by Shala Yoga and provide a supportive space to unwind, recharge, and prioritise your wellbeing.
