Quality Safety Interactions (QSI) provides everyone with a curious mindset, to become Best Operator. As part of our transformation here at Ports Cape Lambert, we want to understand “work as imagined” versus “work as done”, in the field. The enhanced model of QSI will be focused on asking deeper questions, therefore learning from both our peers and leaders, as a part of our Leadership in the Field commitments.▪ There are eight (8) training sessions available on Thursdays, for both Rio Tinto and embedded contracting partner Supervisors, Coordinators and Step-Up Supervisors, throughout September 2026.
▪ If you have completed QSI Proficiency during the Supervisor Excellence or Emerging Leaders program, you do not need to attend a session, unless you would like to refresh your knowledge and understanding on the safety of work.
▪ These sessions will be delivered by our leaders across Ports Cape Lambert.
