Vietnam Veterans Day 2026

The School of Military Engineering warmly invites Vietnam veterans, serving and former Defence personnel, family members, and guests to attend the Vietnam Veterans Day 2026 Commemorative Service.
This event provides an opportunity to honour and remember the service and sacrifice of those who served during the Vietnam War. Attendees are invited to join the commemorative service at the RAE Vietnam Veterans Memorial, followed by a visit to the RAE Museum and a BBQ lunch at the Mick Mace Club.
Anyone aged 16 or older who is accessing Holsworthy Barracks and has not completed a Base Induction within the past 12 months must complete the induction prior to arrival. Upon arrival, they are also required to sign in at the Pass Office located at the Holsworthy Barracks main entrance. A link to the National Base Induction website is provided below.
Shuttle Bus / Transport will be provided for non-ambulatory members.
Visitors are to park in the RAE Museum Carpark opposite the Chapel.
