Join us for our final Little Eden Wine Club of the year as we explore the fascinating world of sparkling wines. Discover the differences between Sparkling Wine, Prosecco and Champagne, learn how bubbles are naturally created, and find out why some sparkling wines taste fresh and fruity while others develop beautiful flavours of brioche, toast and pastry.
Together we'll taste four carefully selected sparkling wines from some of Australia's finest regions, including Adelaide Hills, King Valley and the Yarra Valley. Along the way you'll learn why King Valley has become Australia's home of Prosecco and why Tasmania is often regarded as Australia's answer to Champagne.
Whether you're choosing bubbles for Christmas, New Year's Eve or simply love a glass of sparkling, this relaxed and interactive evening will help you understand what makes each style unique—and perhaps even discover a new favourite.
