Leading teams through change is an increasingly important capability for all leaders.

These practical, 2-hour workshops will provide ETLs, Operations Managers and other people leaders with the tools and strategies to lead change with clarity, confidence and purpose. The sessions will focus on practical approaches to supporting teams through change, strengthening leadership capability, and maintaining engagement and performance during periods of transition.

Leaders can choose from one of the following workshops:

• Tuesday 28 July | 9:00am – 11:00am (Online)
• Tuesday 28 July | 12:00pm – 2:00pm (Face-to-Face, G Block, Room 2002 Mount Gravatt Campus)
• Wednesday 29 July | 9:00am – 11:00am (Online)

If you register for a session and can no longer attend, please cancel your registration via the ‘TryBooking’ link prior to or after the workshop.

All sessions will cover the same content, so you only need to attend one (1) workshop.
