George Wills (theorbo), Philip Murray (voice and baroque flute) and Ruth Crosby (baroque flute) are delighted to bring you La Mort de Lully, a one hour concert with a plot full of intrigue that takes place in the courts of Versailles, featuring the life, death, and afterlife of the brilliant and controversial composer, Jean-Baptiste Lully. Composers include Lully, Couperin, Marais and more …Since this is a house concert, spaces are limited, so we will perform it twice, at 3pm and 6pm, so that you may choose which time suits you best.
Tickets include a glass of bubbles and hors d'oeuvres on arrival. The address will be emailed to ticketholders the week prior to the event.
