The Urban Sparrow Photography will be capturing smiles at Gumboots Riddells Creek from Monday, Aug 24 – Friday, Aug 28, 2026.

PORTRAIT PHOTO REGISTRATION & DEPOSIT

COST: $20.50 deposit per child (required to be photographed).
DEADLINE: Register by August 19.
REFUND POLICY: The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after photography begins or if you choose not to purchase a package after viewing your gallery. Refunds are only provided if your child is absent (for any reason) on photo day. 

HOW IT WORKS

THE SCHEDULE: You will be notified a few days prior to photo week regarding your child’s specific photo day. Please ensure they are dressed and ready to shine on their allocated day!
THE GALLERY: Approximately 3 weeks after photo week, you will receive an email with a link to your online digital proof gallery (1 for each child).
THE CREDIT: When receiving your proof galleries, a $20 credit will be returned as a coupon code, which can be applied to your photo package. The coupon can only be used once per child's gallery. For example, with two children, you will have two separate galleries, and each requires its own $20 credit. Credits cannot be combined for purchases within one gallery, even for sibling photos.

**GROUP PHOTO – 4 YEAR OLD KINDERGARTEN ONLY**

The 4-year-old Kindergarten GROUP PHOTO will be taken on Wednesday, 26th August at 10am. Please indicate on the form if you consent to your child being included. Your child's full name will appear on the 8x10inch print.
* Participation is free.
* An 8x10 print will cost $30, but can be bundled into portrait packages as a discounted price.
* If your child does not attend on this date, you are welcome to join us at the centre (with a parent/caregiver). Please await seperate information for this.
* Children without individual portraits can still take part in the class photo.
