Melissa Paris is a seasoned arts educator, director, performer and facilitator with over 20 years of diverse experience spanning higher education and the creative industries. Trained through Q Theatre, TAFE and various universities, Melissa has cultivated a rich background of knowledge and experience across theatre, opera, television, film, and performing arts. Passionate about fostering safe, inclusive and engaging environments, Melissa empowers individuals to step beyond their comfort zones, build confidence and uncover their creative potential. Whether coaching one-on-one or facilitating group sessions, she is celebrated for her warm, inclusive energy and her remarkable ability to forge genuine connections. Her unique superpower is ‘making strangers feel like family’, which allows her to build trust and inspire people to achieve greatness. Melissa's expertise has contributed to the success of numerous productions in collaboration with small and large organisations to create memorable productions. Whether teaching, directing or facilitating, she continues to inspire and uplift audiences, artists and creatives across the spectrum excelling as an inclusive teacher, performer and director.
Jonathan Lee is an experience designer, facilitator, and founder of Utopia Rising, with over 25 years of involvement in personal development. Known for creating playful yet meaningful social experiences, Jonathan specialises in holding space to allow the kind of participation that leads to connection, full self-expression, and insight. Since 2016, he has hosted 50+ events across 20+ original themes, including Gratitude, Paparazzi, Creative Arts, Productivity, Philosophy, Innovation, Evolution, and Time Travel, among others.
